Bernedoodles
The Bernedoodle is a fun, playful, goofy, and extremely sociable dog. They are a good fit for just about anybody looking for a beautiful, well-balanced, and good natured pet. They have a laid-back temperament, a moderate energy level, and are known as being very intelligent. They are not considered to be high strung or have an overabundance of energy. They love to play, but are also a great companion when it comes time to relax.
They require regular brushing, and clipping every few months.
Bernese Mountain Dog Temperament
These cheerful dogs love children. They are very intelligent, easy to train and are natural watchdogs. A Bernese Mountain Dog will be your friend for life. Self-confident, alert and good-natured. These dogs are slow to mature, acting like puppies longer than other breeds. They are rather friendly with strangers, and get along great with other pets. The Bernese needs to be with people and not confined to the backyard or a kennel. These dogs are sensitive and should be trained firmly, but gently.
Standard Poodle Temperament
The Standard Poodle is proud, graceful, noble, good-natured, enjoyable and cheerful. This highly intelligent dog is one of the most trainable breeds. The Standard Poodle is lower energy and calmer than the smaller varieties of poodles, but will become high strung if you do not give it the proper amount and type of exercise. It is sensitive to the tone of one's voice and will not listen if it senses that it is stronger minded than its owner, however it will also not respond well to harsh discipline. Owners need to be calm, yet possess an air of natural authority. They are not the type of dog to live outside in a kennel, as it enjoys being with its owners and dislikes being alone. It is generally friendly toward strangers, and is excellent with children and other dogs.
